ZipBooks Gets $2M In Seed Funding
Lehi, Utah-based ZipBooks, a developer of small business, bookkeeping software, has raised $2M in a seed funding, the company said this morning. The funding was led by Peak Ventures, and also included Liquid 2 Ventures (the VC firm co-founded by NFL quarterback Joe Montana), elion Venture Partners, and angels. ZipBooks develops accounting software aimed at the small business market, allowing businesses to send invoices, track time and expenses, process credit card payments, and run accounting reports.
