Cross Creek Advisors Looks To Raise $100M Fund

Salt Lake City-based venture investor Cross Creek Advisors has just launched an effort to raised $100M in its fourth fund, Cross Creek Capital Partners IV, according to a regulatory filing by the fund on Monday. The company did not report any limited partners in the filing. The new fund is being managed by Karey Barker, Tyler Christenson, and Peter Jarman. Cross Creek has counted such portfolio companies as Angie's List, Bravo Health, Cryocor, BlueArc, ExactTarget, Hubspot, and Solera Networks; the firm's most recently investments have been in Earnest, AppDynamics, Integral Ad Science, and Tegile. The fund both invests directly in technology startups, as well as in other venture funds as a "fund of funds".
