A10 Capital Raises $75M For Real Estate Lending

Boise, Idaho-based A10 Capital, a provider of middle-market, commercial real estate lending, has raised $75M in an investment round from private equity investor KKR. According to A10, the funding will go to bolster its core capital base. A10 Capital is led by Jerry Dunn,a nd offers up customized loans to commercial real estate clients. Those loans include bridge loans, permanent loans, note purchases, and other lending vehicles specifically geared towards commercial real estate. A10 Capital's prior investors include BlackRock, H.I.G. Capital, and THL Credit.
