Zayo Expanding In Atlanta

Boulder-based bandwidth and colocation provider Zayo Group says today that it is expanding its colocation operations in Atlanta, Georgia. Zayo said its zColo Atlanta data center is being expanded to meet the colocation needs of a major, un-named content provider, by an additional 11,000 square feet of space. Zayo said it expects to complete the expansion in the second quarter. Zayo did not say how much it will spend on the expansion. Zayo acquired its Atlanta data center in July of 2014.
