TCN Merges With Global Connect
St. George, Utah-based call center services provider TCN, Inc., a provider of cloud-based, call center technology, said this morning that it has merged with New Jersey-based Global Connect, a developer of cloud-based dialing and communications services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. TCN is led by Terrel Bird. According to TCN, Global Connect will remain in New Jersey, with "the majority" of Global Connect's employees in support, IT development and sales joining the company. TCN's software handles inbound and outbound calls, along with other functions.
