Cologix Buys Net Access

Denver-based data center operator Cologix said Tuesday that it has acquired Net Access, a New Jersey-based colocation provider, with over 200,000 square feet in three facilities in Northern New Jersey. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Cologix said the acquisition is the 10th for the company, and helps its grow its North American data center footprint. Net Access was owned by private equity investor Seaport Capital; Net Access and Seaport were advised by DH Capital in the acquisition deal.
