Aspect Software Buys LinguaSys

Phoenix-based Aspect Software, a developer of cloud-based workforce optimization software, has acquired the assets of LinguaSys, a developer of natural language processing software. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Aspect said LinguaSys' technology helps take one-way notificaitons, such as outbound text messages, and turns them into automated, self-service dialogues. Linguasys was based in Boca Raton, Florida.
