On Semiconductor Bolsters Board

Phoenix-based ON Semiconductor said late Thursday that it has named Alan Campbell to the company's board of directors. Campbell is the former Chief Financial Officer of Freescale Semiconductor having served in that position from May 2004 to June 2014. Campbell also served at Motorola and Dialog Semiconductor earlier in his career.
