Envysion Buys LightHaus For Video Analytics

Louisville, Colorado-based Envysion said last week that it has acquired video analytics provider LightHaus Logic. Envysion said the acquisition would help expand its video analytics capabilities. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. LightHaus Logic was based in Vancouver, Canada. As part of the deal, Envysion said it will maintain the LightHaus office in Vancouver and operate it as Envysion Canada. Envysion is led by Matt Steinfort; LightHaus is led by Ross Mitchell. LightHaus develops technology which uses in-store video cameras to measure a customer's behavior and interaction with sales associates.
