OnDemand Acquired By Engine Yard

Boulder-based OnDemand, a developer of open source software that works with Docker, has been acquired by San Francisco-based Engine Yard. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. OnDemand develops Deis, a open source product to help companies deploy their own, platform-as-a-service (PaaS) in the cloud. Deis was created by Matt Boersma, Matt Fisher and Chris Armstrong.
