Early Warning Buys Authentify

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Early Warning, a provider of fraud prevention and risk management technology, said it has acquired Authentify, a developer of phone-based, multi-factor authentication products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Early Warning said Authentify serves more than 1200 financial institutions and e-commerce companies. Early Warning is led by Paul Finch.
