Yieldex Acquired For $100M

Advertising technology developer Yieldex, which was started in Louisville, Colorado, has been acquired in a $100M cash and stock deal. Yieldex was acquired by fellow ad tech firm AppNexus. Yieldex is in an office park on Century Drive. YieldEx was venture backed by Sequel Venture Partners, Madrona Venture Group, FFP Holdings, Hearst, and Amazon.com. The company had announced around $22M in funding in total. The company also has offices in New York, San Francisco, and London. YieldEx was founded by Tom Shields and Doug Cosman.
