Zayo Buys Latisys For $675M

Boulder-based Zayo Group announced this morning that it is acquiring colocation and infrastructure provider Latisys Holdings, in a deal worth $675M. Zayo said the acquisition will expand its total number of data centers to 45 facilities across the US, France, and the United Kingdom. Latisys was founded in 2007, and has data centers in Northern Virginia, Chicago, Denver, Orange County and London.
