SuiteHop Books $1M In Funding For Luxury Box Marketplace

Wish you could book one of those impossible-to-get luxury boxes at an upcoming sporting or entertainment event? A new, Denver startup--SuiteHop says it has the ticket for you, with a website which lets you book luxury suites at more than 550 events nationwide from its online marketplace. The startup said it just raised $1M in an equity funding round, from a variety of investors. Names of those investors were not announced. The startup, led by Todd Lindenbaum, lets the owners of luxury suites at sports and entertainment venues find users for their unused luxury suites. Those suites are generally sold to large corporations and others on yearlong or multi-year contracts.
