SpotXchange Has Big Hiring Plans, Trumpets Revenue Growth
Denver-based video advertising exchange operator SpotXchange said this week that it saw "explosive" growth in 2014, with its net revenue growing 136 percent for the first three quarters of 2014. The company said that, in particular, the company's programmatic revenue increased by 282 percent. Actual financial details of the company's revenue numbers were not announced by the company. SpotXchange is led by Mike Shehan, and is now majority owned by European entertainment network operator RTL Group. The company says it had 192 employees at the end of November, up from only 121 employees at the end of 2013. The company also says it is continuing with "aggressive" recruitment across the company.
