LogRhythm Bolsters Board

Boulder-based security software developer LogRhythm said today that it has named a new member to its board of directors, tapping Todd Headley, the former CFO of Sourcefire for the position. Headley served at Sourcefire from 2003 until October 2013, when it was acquired by Cisco Corp for $2.7 billion. Sourcefire was based in Columbia, Maryland. LogRhythm said Headley will help guide the company through rapid growth and increased customer adoption. LogRhtyhm is led by Andy Grolnick.
