GHX Completes Vendormate Buy

Louisville, Colorado-based Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), which develops healthcare supply chain software, said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Vendormate, which develops vendor relationship management software for the healthcare industry. Financial terms of the buy, which was originally announced on November 6th, have not been announced. GHX said the acquisition will help extend its product portfolio. GHX is led by Bruce Johnson.
