LANDESK Debuts New Asset Management Product

Salt Lake City-based IT software developer LANDESK said today that it has unveiled a new product, its first IT asset management product used for companies to manage their software licenses and handle software audits. The company said its new IT Asset Management (ITAM) Suite is aimed at helping companies liminate unnecessary and redundant licensing renewals, as well as fines at the end of software audits. The new software also managed hardware warranty tracking and recalls. Pricing on the new product was not announced.
