TechStars Leans Towards Serial Entrepreneurs With Latest Class
Boulder-based TechStars launched its latest Boulder TechStars class Thursday at the Boulder Theater, unveiling a group of startups which were suprisingly mature. The startup accelerator--which has established the de facto model for startup acceleration nationwide--said that ten of the thirteen companies in its latest class are comprised of serial entrepreneurs, and nine of the thirteen are already generating revenues. The newest companies include All4Staff (mobile employee onboarding); ExpenseBot (expense reports); Bawte (service for manufacturers); Final (credit card security); Kapta (business tracking); Lassy Project (missing children alerts); Native (college activities); Notion (home sensor); QuotaDeck (sales introductions); ShareableSocial (social media for SMBs); Sportsy (mobile sports training); Wellhire (mobile job matching); and Wunder (solar project finance marketplace).
