Infusionsoft Takes $55M For Growth Efforts

Chandler, Arizona-based Infusionsoft, which develops sales and marketing software for small businesses, has raised a big, $55M financing round, the company said this morning. The funding was led by Bain Capital Ventures, and also included Signal Peak Ventures and Goldman Sachs. Infusionsoft said the new funding brings its total raised to more than $125M. Infusionsoft is led by Clate Mask. The company said the new investment will go towards further product development and commercial expansion. More information »
