Orbotix Ships Next Gen Robot, Ollie

Boulder-based Orbotix, the company behind the Sphero robotic, smartphone-controlled ball, has rolle dout its next generation robot, Ollie, the company said today. The robot--which was previously known as Sphero 2B--allows users to drive around a high speed cylinder which can travel up to 14 miles per hour using their smartphone. Orbotix said the new robot was inspired by "skateboarding culture". Promotional video for the robot embedded below:
