sovrn Taps Rally's Miller For Board

Boulder-based advertising network sovrn said today that it has named Rally Software CEO and Chairman Tim Miller to its board of directors. Miller led Rally through an IPO in 2013, and also served on the board of Gnip, before its acquisition by Twitter. Sovrn is led by Walter Knapp. Sovrn operates a programmatic advertising exchange used by a large number of Internet publishers and advertisers.
