Zayo Extends Network In Houston

Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo is expanding in the Houston, Texas area, and plans to build a dark fiber route into the data center of Data Foundry, Data Foundry said yesterday. Data Foundry is building a 350,000 square foot data center in Houston, to be opened in 2015. Zayo will be one of the first carriers at the location. Zayo said the move would help expand its list of on-net buildings on its network, which now has more than 77,000 route miles across the United States.
