Zayo Buys London Fiber Provider

Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo Group is continuing to build out its empire, saying Friday morning that it has acquired Geo Networks Ltd, a provider of dark fiber based in London. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the company. Zayo said the move will add over 2,100 route miles to its European network, connecting 587 buildings. Geo Networks' covers the UK and Ireland.
