Accuvant Acquisition By Blackstone Completes

The acquisition of Denver-based Accuvant by private equity firm Blackstone has completed, according to the companies, with Blackstone saying it will make "significant further investment" in Accuvant to accelerate growth at the company. Financial details of the acquisition and investment were not announced. The two had announced the acquisition deal in March. Accuvant is a provider of enterprise information security services. Blacksone said that the investment is the largest, information security investment made to date by the investment company.
