GHX Acquisition By Thoma Bravo Completes

The acquisition of Louisville, Colorado-based Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), the developer of healthcare supply chain software and services, by private equity firm Thoma Bravo has completed, the companies said Tuesday. Thoma Bravo announced the acquisition of GHX on February 5th. Financial details of the deal have not been announced. GHX develops software for automating the medical and surgery supply chain.
