RoundPegg Names New CEO

Boulder-based RoundPegg, the developer of software aimed at helping companies shape their company culture, said it has named Kevin Grauman as its new CEO. Grauman has previously served at such HR-related companies as Best Employment, The Outsource Group, Emportal Inc. and Payroll and Benefits Experts, Inc. (PBex), along with serving at SilkRoad, getTalent, Citi Ventures and HR Technology Ventures. Founder and prior CEO Tim WOlters has become Executive Vice President of Business Development with the new hire. RoundPegg is backed by Access Venture Partners, Point B Capital and Dundee Venture Capital.
