Wayin Buys Comenta TV

Denver-based social media software developer Wayin announced this morning that it has purchased a South American software company, which develops analytics and social engagement software for the TV market. According to Wayin, it has acquired Comenta TV, which is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to help expand its global operations and acquire technology for measuring and acting on Twitter activity. FInancial details of the acquisition were not announced. Wayin said that COmenta TV has numerous customers across Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Spain, the UK, France and North America.
