Fusion-io Updates Caching Software

Salt Lake City-based flash storage provider Fusion-io said this week that it has released an update to the company's ioTurbine caching software. The company said the software product--which helps enterprises use flash memory to improve the performance of their large scale, enterprise environments--now includes a nuber of new caching algorithms and other enhancements. Fusion-io said it has also launched a new service offering, Fast Flash, to help provide assessment of customer workloads and help provide integration, investment analysis, and volume pricing for customers.
