Creditera Takes On Small Business Credit Scoring

Creditera said this week that it has launched a brand new service, which helps small businesses figure out their creditworthiness. The startup--based in South Jordan, Utah--said that it has integrated the FICO LiquidCredit Small Business Scoring Service (SBSSSM) into its online platform, which lets small business owners subscribe to and monitor their credit score online. The company said that the SBSSSM is used by many lenders to determine if they will provide business credit to companies. Creditera is led by Levi King, and offers up a way for small business owners to monitor both the credit score of their business, as well as their own personal credit score, which is often also important for small business owners to qualify for bank financing.
