Zayo Group Revenues Grow 10 Percent In Quarter
Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo Group saw a 10 percent growth in its revenues for its fiscal first quarter, which ended September 30th, with revenues reaching $264.3M. The company--which is still privately held, but announces its results publicly--said the growth mostly came from organic growth with some acquisition-related growth. It had a net loss of $27.9M. Zayo also revealed details of its acquisition of FiberLink in October, saying it paid $43.0M for the Illinois dark fiber operator. Zayo also acquired Access Communications in Minnesota in a $40.1M deal, which it also completed in October.
