GoDaddy Buys Ronin For Online Invoicing Tools

Scottsdale, Arizona-based GoDaddy said Wednesday that it has acquired Ronin, a provider of online invoicing software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. GoDaddy said that the acquisition is its fifth in the past 15 months. Ronin's online invoicing tools have already been integrated into GoDaddy Online Bookkeeping. The deal was actually done in April.
