Zayo Group Completes Access Communications Buy

Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Access Communications, the provider of bandwidth infrastructure in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. The deal was worth $41M in cash. Zayo said the acquisition adds a 1,200 mile metropolitan fiber network which connects more than 500 buildlings. Zayo says it now has over 2,500 route miles in the area.
