TechStars' Cohen Backs Burner's Disposable Phone Numbers

David Cohen, head of Boulder's TechStars startup accelerator, has re-upped his investment into a developer of a "disposable" phone number app developer, Adhoc Labs. Ad Hoc, which runs Burner, a mobile app which lets users create new phones on the fly and "burn" them when they're done, said it has raised $2M in a seed funding. Cohen and prior investor 500 Startups joined new investors Founder Collective and Venrock Associates in the investment, plus other angels like TenOneTen.
