Wowza Media Buys Camfoo

Evergreen, Colorado-based Wowza Media Systems announced today that it has acquired Camfoo, a provider of cloud media streaming software. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Camfoo is a provider of online, cloud-based transcoding software. Wowza said it will integrate Camfoo's automation technology with Wowza.
