R&R Images Acquired By Shutterfly

Phoenix-based R&R Images, a personalized stationery printing and product company, has been acquired by Shutterfly, the photo printing and photo products company. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. California-based Shutterfly said the acquisition is part of a strategic investment in its manufacturing footprint.
