TeleTech Buys Search Marketing Agency WebMetro

Denver-based TeleTech Holdings, the provider of outsourced customer support services, has expanded into search marketing, and has acquired search marketing and digital agency WebMetro. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. TeleTech said it expects the acquisition to be complete in August. TeleTech will use the WebMetro buy to bolster its Customer Growth Services division, Revana.
