IHS Debuts New Cloud Software

Englewood, Colorado-based IHS, the provider of information and analytics services, debuted two new cloud-based versions of its software last week. The firm said it has launched a cloud-based version of its IHS Goldfire software, IHS Goldfire Cloud, as well as IHS Standards Expert. IHS Goldfire is software used by engineers, scientists, researchers, product management and marketing for decision making support for product development; IHS Standards Expert is a software used for managing and accessing engineering stndards. Pricing on the new cloud-basd software was not disclosed. The two software programs were previously available only as an in-house deployment.
