Pierce-Eislen Acquired By Real Estate Software Company

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Pierce-Eislen, a provider of property and market research for the multifamily real estate industry, has been acquired by real estate software company Yardi. The acquisition was announced last week. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Pierce-Eislen operates an online service which provides apartment industry data at the property, market, regional, and national levels.
