Domo Claims Major Growth, Boosts Hiring
Domo, the heavily backed business dashboarding and enterprise software firm headed by former Omniture head Josh James, announced today that it saw almost 100 percent revenue growth over its previous quarter in Q1, which ran from February to April. The Provo, Utah company said the new growth also means it will be boosting its hiring at its Utah headquarters, particularly in the areas of sales, engineering and client services. Domo said it signed more than 100, paying enterprise customers in less than three months, bringing its total number of customers to more than 200. Domo is one of the most closely watched Utah startups in years, having raised an astounding $125M in funding from such investors as Benchmark, GGV Capital, IVP, Greylock Partners, Founders Fund, Andreessen Horowitz, Hummer Winblad, and WPP, not to mention a large number of angels.
