Overstock.com Added To NASDAQ Internet Index

Salt Lake City-based e-commerce retailer Overstock.com has been added to the NASDAQ's Internet Index, according to the NASDAQ OMX Group Monday. NASDAQ added Overstock.com, along with Facebook, TripAdvisor, Trulia and others, in its annual evaluation of its stock index. Tempe, Arizona-based content delivery network provider Limelight Networks was dropped by the NASDAQ from the index sa part of the move. The index aims to track the performance of the largest and most liquid U.S.-listed companies engaged in internet-related businesses and that are listed in the U.S.
