Altitude Digital Adds $5M

Denver-based Altitutde Digital, a provider of online display and video advertising, has raised $5M in a growth funding. The funding came from Mercato Partners, and also included a credit facility from Silicon Valley Bank. Altitude is led by Jeremy Ostermiller. The firm said the new funds go towards marketing, customer acquisition, and its technology platform. As part of the funding, Alison Wistner and Greg Warnock will join Altitude's board of directors.
