TruEffect Names New CEO

Westminster, Colorado-based TruEffect, a provider of online advertising services and products, said today that it has named Finnegan Faldi as its new Chief Executive Officer. Currennt CEO Ron Hill becomes Chairman of the board. Faldi was most recently COO of Denver-based Datalogix, and also served as Yahoo. In addition to the new CEO, TrueEffect said it has named Dave Hinton as Senior Advisor to the CEO; Hinton was co-founder and COO of Acerno (acquired by Akamai); Hinton also has served at Microsoft. TruEffect has been in a big, executive hiring push in the last few months, most recently hiring on an ad expert from Google and Doubleclick in November to head up its operations.
