Confio Expands In Europe

Boulder-based database management software developer Confio Software announced this morning that it has opened up a new, international office in London, which will serve as a new European headquarters. The firm--whose software is used by database administrators (DBAs) to optimize and manage the performance of their SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and Sybase databases, said that the new office will serve as headquarters for its Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) operations. The new office is led by Gary Clark, new director of EMEA sales for the company; Clark has previously served at such firms at IBM and British Telecom.
