Sphero Maker Orbotix Plans Flash Mobs

How do you get the word out about your shiny new robotic ball, right before the holidays? A flash mob, of course. Boulder-based Orbotix said it is planning a series of "flash mobs", where it will show off a choreographed team of 28 Sphero robotic balls in such cities as New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Miami. The firm said its first "flash mob" will be outside FAO Schwarz in New York Friday.
