Telluride Venture Accelerator Deadline Approaches

The deadline for applying to the Telluride Venture Accelerator, a new startup accelerator based in Telluride, Colorado, is November 15th, the group said today. The accelerator says it is focused on outdoor recreation, tourism, natural products, health, energy, water, and education, and will accept three businesses a year to the accelerator. Each of those firms will get $30,000 (plus up to $8000 in transportation and lodging) if accepted. The group says its next session runs from February 1st to July 30, 2013, with the final investor presentation day for companies on July 30th of next year.
