Sorenson Media Sets Salt Lake Head

Sorensen Media, the developer of video encoding, decoding, and transcoding software and services, reported Tuesday that it has named a new head of its Salt Lake City offices. The firm, which is split between Salt Lake and San Diego, California, said that Mitchell Holyoak, Director of Software Development, will oversee the firm's Salt Lake City offices, which develop the company's Sorenson Squeeze and Squeeze Server products. Holyoak has been at Sorenson Media for fifteen years, including being involved in the original version of Sorenson Squeeze.
