Catalyst Repository Systems Gets $32M

Denver-based Catalyst Repository Systems said today that it has raised $32M from a private equity firm, FTV Capital. The developer of electronic discovery tools and services said the deal gives FTV Capital a "significant" stake in the company. As part of the investment, Eric Byunn, Partner at FTV, joins Catalysts's bord of directors. Catalyst Investors, which was the majority owner of Catalyst Repository Sytsems, is selling the majority ownership of its stake in Catalyst as part of the deal.
