ISYS Acquired By Lexmark

Denver-based ISYS Search Software, which develops enterprise search software, said today that it has been acquired by Lexmark International. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. ISYS said it will become part of Lexmark's Perceptive Software business unit. ISYS develops enterprise search tools, used in enterprise content management, email archiving, ediscovery, and other applications. ISYS was founded by Ian Davies in 1988.
