AlsoEnergy Updates Energy Management Software
Boulder-based AlsoEnergy, the developer of energy monitoring software headed by Robert Schaefer, has upgraded its software, saying today that it has added new features to compare operations between different sites and models. The software--which is used by solar energy power developers to operate installations--now allows users to correlate data between different installations, and detect things like under-performing components and detect maintenance issues. The company also said it has added new ties into real-time utility rate schedules and time-of-day charges, custom dashboards, and more. AlsoEnergy said its software is being used to currently monitor more than 900 solar power sites in 15 countries around the world.
